Ingredients
- Millet - 10.6 oz
- Sole fillets - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the fish, cover with water, add salt and pepper, and boil until cooked.
Step 2
Strain the broth, pour it into a separate pot, add the rinsed millet, and cook a loose porridge.
Step 3
3–5 minutes before it's done, add the peeled, washed, chopped onion that has been sautéed in butter.
Step 4
Chop the boiled fillet, place it in a pot, pour the porridge over it, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Serve.
