  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ketchup - 4 fl oz
  • Vinegar essence - 2 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 16 fl oz
  • Dried Chamomile - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons
  • Dried Rosemary - 2 teaspoons
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 12 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Veal Tenderloin - 3 lbs
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a container, mix the port wine, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar, marjoram, sugar, and rosemary. Add the diced meat, stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2
