- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ketchup - 4 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 16 fl oz
- Dried Chamomile - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary - 2 teaspoons
- Pickled Chanterelles - 12 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Veal Tenderloin - 3 lbs
- Onion - 3 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a container, mix the port wine, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar, marjoram, sugar, and rosemary. Add the diced meat, stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
