  • Leek - 0.9 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Lemon - 0.3 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 2 pieces
  • Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
  • Ocean salt - 0.3 teaspoons
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0.3 teaspoons

Slice the leek into thick rings.

Grate the lemon zest and garlic on a fine grater.

Chop the onion into large pieces.
