Description
This recipe is as simple as it gets: layer potatoes and zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and spices. The more layers, the juicier the casserole, but it will take longer to cook. Ideally, use two layers of potatoes and zucchini. If you have fewer vegetables, you can make just one layer of potatoes and one layer of zucchini, sprinkling them with cheese and topping with more cheese, resulting in something like a vegetable pizza.
