Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Veal Mince - 17.6 oz
  • Kefir - 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix flour, kefir, baking soda, and eggs to make the dough. It should not be liquid; if necessary, add more flour. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Roll out the dough on the table into small flatbreads. Place minced meat in each, then top with potatoes. Roll them up, pinching the edges, and shape them like bananas.

Step 3

Place the 'bananas' in salted hot oil and fry for 5 minutes. Then continue cooking on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream or any sauce of your choice.
