- 33% Cream - 12 fl oz
- Ground Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Pickled Apples - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and slice them into rounds. Wash the apples, peel them, and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Mix the cream with sugar, add nutmeg and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for a bit.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 4
Layer the potatoes and apples, pour the cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes until done. At the end, turn on the broiler to create a golden crust.
