- Thyme - ⅓ bunches
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and grate them using a coarse grater. Mix with the ground beef, thyme leaves, cream, finely chopped anchovies, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. The mixture should be smooth and homogeneous.
