Ingredients

  • Potato - 17.6 oz
  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Feta cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Cream 22% - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel and slice the potatoes into rounds. Arrange the potatoes in a greased baking dish.

Step 2

Layer the spinach on top, sprinkle with feta cheese, and add another layer of potatoes on top.

Step 3

Whisk together the cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this sauce over the dish. (You can also sprinkle with grated cheese.)

Step 4

Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 40-50 minutes at 392°F.

Step 5

Remove the foil and bake for another 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
