Potato Casserole with Fish

Ingredients

  • Sole fillets - 17.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fish (such as pike perch, halibut, pangasius, etc.) into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Slice the potatoes into rounds and place them in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Layer the fish on top as the second layer.

Step 4

Add sliced tomatoes as the third layer.

Step 5

The fourth layer is potatoes. Add a little salt.

Step 6

Next, spread mayonnaise on top.
