Ingredients
- Ground meat - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Potato - 10 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Sauté them until semi-cooked.
Step 3
Add the ground meat, simmer for 15 minutes covered, adding a little water if necessary.
Step 4
Prepare the baking dish. Grease it with oil, layer the potatoes, and lightly salt. I also add a little (thin layer) of mayonnaise for extra moisture.
Step 5
Layer the sautéed mixture of meat, onion, and carrot on top.
Step 6
The third layer repeats the first (also with a thin layer of mayonnaise).
Step 7
Grate cheese on top, and place in the oven for 40–50 minutes.
