- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Veal Mince - 14.1 oz
- Broccoli - 12.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.
