- Salad Potatoes - 10 pieces
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ground meat. Add salt, pepper, finely chopped garlic, and a little finely chopped onion (to taste). Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Slice the raw potatoes into half-moons, season with a little salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, and mix.
Step 3
Clean the mushrooms, rinse well, and chop them not too finely.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish lightly with vegetable oil. Place a few pieces of mushrooms and some onion at the bottom of the dish. Cover with the ground meat.
Step 6
Then layer with onion and mushrooms. Cover everything with potatoes.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 30 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked). Then remove, generously sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven. Increase the temperature to 482°F. Once the cheese is browned, the dish is ready.
