Description
This recipe can be interpreted in various ways. Cheese can be grated, just like the potatoes, and you can add other favorite spices or vegetables. It is also possible to prepare it in the oven (without flipping). However, this version is adapted for a skillet. It is best served with tomatoes.

- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Clarified Butter - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Prepare the main ingredients.

Finely chop the chicken breast and peel the potatoes.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes using a large grater into slices.
Step 4
Add the potatoes to the chicken.
Step 5
Add salt.

Add pepper.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

Mix everything together.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Place half of the potato-chicken mixture onto a hot skillet with butter.

Slice the cheese.

Place it on top of the mixture.

Then add the second half of the potato-chicken mixture on top.

Spread it evenly over the surface and cook covered on low heat for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove from heat.

Next, very carefully transfer the pancake to a plate.

Then cover the pancake on the plate with the skillet.

And flip it over.

This way, the pancake will cook on the other side. It needs another 15–20 minutes on low heat.
