Potato flatbread with meat and vegetables

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 6.3 oz
  • Garlic - 0.2 oz
  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Paprika - 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.1 oz
  • Courgette - 1.1 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1.1 oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1.4 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 1.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate fresh potatoes on a coarse grater, add milk, egg, chopped garlic, paprika, and salt. Mix everything together.

Step 2

Spread the prepared mixture evenly over a preheated skillet and fry on both sides.

Step 3

Cut the vegetables and meat into strips, fry in vegetable oil, and add Worcestershire sauce at the end.

Step 4

Place the cooked filling on half of the flatbread. Serve with sour cream.
