- Garlic - 1 clove
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cheese Spread - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the inside of the skillet with a clove of garlic and some butter.
Step 2
Slice the potatoes into thin, round pieces and layer them in a baking dish, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour in the cream.
Step 4
Sprinkle with nutmeg and add pieces of butter.
Step 5
Bake at 392°F until cooked through.
