Potato gratin with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 10 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Red Curry Powder - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the mushrooms.

Step 2

Cut the raw chicken breast into pieces and slice the potatoes.

Step 3

In a greased baking dish, arrange the chicken and potatoes in a circle.

Step 4

Top with sautéed mushrooms and onion rings. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Dissolve the curry powder in the milk and pour it into the dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6

Bake for about 40 minutes at 356°F. You can garnish with herbs.
