Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Smoked Chicken - 0 oz
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the potatoes into rings and season with salt. Chop the mushrooms and sauté until half-cooked. Grate the cheese finely. Chop the chicken (it’s better to use smoked, or if using raw fillet, cut it into cubes and sauté).
Step 2
You can slice the onion into rings or make a sauté with the carrot.
Step 3
In a greased baking dish (a deep baking tray), layer: potatoes, mayonnaise, grated cheese, chicken + herbs, mushrooms, onion/sauté, potatoes, mayonnaise, grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 40–45 minutes in the oven on the middle rack at 356°F, until a golden crust forms on the cheese. Before serving, garnish with finely chopped herbs.
