- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Arrange the potatoes in a dish, resembling fish scales. Season each layer with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the cream. Mix well. Slightly whip the cream with the sour cream, season with a little salt, and add freshly grated nutmeg.
