  • Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Cream - 16 fl oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Arrange the potatoes in a dish, resembling fish scales. Season each layer with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the cream. Mix well. Slightly whip the cream with the sour cream, season with a little salt, and add freshly grated nutmeg.

Step 3

Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 392°F. Bake for about 1 hour.
