  • Eggplants - 1 piece
  • Dill - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Walnuts - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with dill.

Step 2

Sauté the mushrooms of your choice, such as champignons, lightly.

Step 3

Slice the eggplant thinly lengthwise, fry on both sides. Place grated carrot and garlic on the slices, and sprinkle with a small amount of walnuts. Roll them up.
