- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 14.1 oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until cooked. Drain the water, add the egg and 50 g of butter. Make meatballs from the mashed potatoes, coat them in flour, and fry on all sides until golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add them to the onion, and continue frying. Add a pinch of flour, salt, pepper, and cream, and simmer for a bit.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter, place the meatballs in it, pour the sauce over them, and put in a preheated oven at 356°F for 5 minutes.
