Description

- Chicken Egg - ½ pieces
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the previously boiled potatoes (with skin on) and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes, sauté it in butter, and add it to the potato mixture with finely chopped dill.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and an egg to the potato mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Shape the dough into 20-gram patties. Place them in a preheated oven at 356°F for 7 minutes.
