Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 20 oz
- Onion - 5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Sweet Pepper - 5 oz
- Parsley - 0 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Add baking soda to room temperature sour cream.
Step 3
Peel the raw potatoes, wash them well under running water, and dry them slightly.
Step 4
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.
Step 5
Add the prepared sour cream, salt, and pepper to the grated potatoes. Mix everything well.
Step 6
Grate 100 grams of onion on a fine grater and add it to the potato mixture. Mix well with a spoon.
Step 7
To bind the onion-potato mixture, add the raw chicken egg and mix everything until homogeneous.
Step 8
Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour to the mixture and mix well.
Step 9
Add finely chopped sweet pepper, finely chopped parsley, and 1 grated clove of garlic to the mixture.

Mix everything well until homogeneous.
Step 11
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the heat.

Carefully place the potato pancake batter onto the frying pan using a tablespoon.

Fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. After flipping the pancakes, cover the frying pan with a lid and fry until cooked through. Place the finished pancakes on a plate. It is best to serve them warm with sour cream.
