Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Veal Mince - 10.6 oz
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the potatoes: I usually use a blender, but if you don't have one, you can grate the potatoes on a fine grater. So, add the eggs, a tablespoon of flour, milk (you can use 100 grams or less, to taste), salt, and mix into the grated potatoes. The consistency of the potatoes should be like thin sour cream.

Step 2

Add two tablespoons of milk (you can use a little less), finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, and mix well.

Step 3

On a preheated skillet, place a small pancake of potato mixture, then top it with minced meat (I use about two teaspoons of minced meat for each potato pancake) and cover the meat with more potato mixture (the meat will be inside). Fry until golden brown over low heat.
