- Oyster Mushrooms - 2.1 oz
- Shallot Onion - 0.2 oz
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Parsley - 2 sprigs
- Sunflower Oil - to taste
- Green Onion - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegan Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the peeled boiled potatoes, add cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into pancakes and fry in a skillet.
Step 2
Separately, sauté the peeled and finely chopped shallot onion until golden, then add the oyster mushrooms and fry together. Add chopped parsley and dill, and mix.
