Potato Pancakes with Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 56.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the potatoes and onion.

Step 2

Squeeze out excess moisture and mix in a bowl.

Step 3

Add eggs, flour, and a bit of salt and pepper to the mixture.

Step 4

Heat a skillet until hot.

Step 5

Pour in a little vegetable oil.

Step 6

Spoon the potato mixture onto the skillet and shape into oval pancakes.

Step 7

Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, adding more vegetable oil as needed.

Step 8

Place the pancakes and salmon on a plate.

Step 9

Add sour cream, sprinkle with chopped dill, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 10
