- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.
Step 2
Once it's ready, drain the water and add a good chunk of butter to it. While the potatoes are still warm, mash them together with the butter until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
