Description
The filling can actually be anything, to your taste and preference. I made a version with chicken.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, boil the potatoes, mash them, and let them cool. Melt the butter and add it to the potatoes, then add a pinch of salt. Next, add the flour and mix. The dough is ready. Place the dough in a mold and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and lightly sauté it with garlic. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the chicken, mixing well. While the chicken cools, finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Then add it to the chicken with the tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 3
For the filling mixture, combine 3 tablespoons of sour cream with cream (350 grams, 10% fat) and eggs (3 pieces). Mix well.
Step 4
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, add the filling, and pour the mixture over it (I also sprinkled grated cheese on top! Very delicious).
Step 5
Bake at 180–392°F for no more than 25–30 minutes.
