Ingredients
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Cheshire Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salmon - 10.6 oz
- Parsley - 4 stems
- Smoked haddock fillet - 10.6 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 4.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Spinach - 2.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the potatoes, cut into 2x2 cm pieces. This will take about 12 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the peeled carrot, celery (peeled of the thin outer layer), and cheese on a coarse grater. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater. Finely chop the chili and parsley along with the stems. Transfer all the vegetables, herbs, and cheese to a deep baking dish.
Step 4
Cut the salmon and haddock into small pieces and add them to the vegetables along with the shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped spinach and finely diced tomatoes, previously peeled. Mix everything well again.
Step 5
Drain the cooked potatoes and let them dry, then transfer them to a bowl and mash with a fork. Cover the fish and vegetable mixture with a layer of mashed potatoes. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes and cook until it is covered with a golden crust.
