Ingredients
- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Champignons - 3.5 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 spoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 4 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and grate them using a fine grater. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, eggs, and salt. Grate half of the cheese and mix it into the potato mixture. Spread the mixture into a 24 cm (9.5 inch) diameter skillet. Level it out and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, dice the tomatoes, and cut the onion into rings. Combine the mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and parsley with the remaining mayonnaise and salt.
Step 3
Remove the cooked potato crust from the skillet and place it on a baking sheet. Top it with the mushrooms and vegetables. Slice the remaining cheese thinly and arrange it on top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 392°F.
