- Salad Potatoes - 12.3 oz
- Cream - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and boil in salted water. Drain the water, mash the potatoes while hot, and let them cool to 50–140°F.
Step 2
Add cream and egg yolks to the prepared potatoes. Mix thoroughly. Gently fold in the separately beaten egg whites.
Step 3
Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream.
