  • Cream - 1 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Rinse, dry, and chop the greens: sorrel, chervil, and parsley.

Step 3

Hard boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.

Step 4

Slice the shallots into rings.
