Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 8.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the liver and potatoes until cooked. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the onion with cold water (this is done to prevent the onion from being bitter).
Step 2
Cut the liver into strips, the potatoes into cubes, and the cucumbers into strips. Grate the eggs on a medium grater.
Step 3
Mix everything together, add salt, and dress with mayonnaise.
