Description

Ingredients

  • New Potatoes - 20 oz
  • Yogurt powder - 5 oz
  • Mint Leaves - 0 oz
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes until soft, then let them cool.

Step 2

Mix the yogurt, finely chopped cucumber, finely chopped mint, and minced garlic. Combine with the cooled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
