  • Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
  • Cornichons - 10 pieces
  • Scallions - 1.1 oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes. If the potatoes are young, scrub them with a brush. Boil the potatoes until tender in salted water.

Step 2

Finely chop the cornichons, green onions, and parsley.

Step 3

For the dressing, mix the mustard, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Gradually add the olive oil. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and let them dry slightly. Cut into medium-sized cubes.

Step 5

Pour the dressing over the potatoes, mix, then add the cornichons and herbs.
