Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
- Green Beans (frozen) - 7.1 oz
- Frozen Corn Kernels - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, and cut into 1.5 cm slices.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs.
Step 3
Boil the green beans and corn in boiling water for 1 minute.
Step 4
In an oiled skillet, place the potatoes and fry until golden brown on both sides, sprinkling with salt and pepper (about 3–4 minutes on each side).
Step 5
In the last minute, add the green beans and corn to the potatoes and mix. Transfer to a salad bowl.
Step 6
Make the dressing: mix the mustard, juice of one lemon wedge, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Cut the tomatoes and eggs into wedges.

Combine everything with the dressing.
