Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, and make a puree.
Step 2
Add sour cream, salt, pepper, squeeze in the garlic, and mix.
Step 3
Add sifted flour, the egg, and knead the dough, adding a little more flour until it stops being sticky.
Step 4
Roll into a long sausage, cut pieces about 1.5–2 cm thick, and roll them in your palms into 'fingers'.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 392°F, grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, and warm it in the oven for a few minutes.
Step 6
Place the sticks on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
Step 7
Bake until golden brown for about 30 minutes.
