Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Edam Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and slice them.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 20x4 cm with oil, and layer the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper. Add the sour cream and whisk.
Step 4
Slice about half of the leek into thin rings. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and grate the Edam cheese.
Step 5
Mix the cheeses and leek with the sour cream mixture, then pour it over the potatoes.
Step 6
Slice the tomatoes into thin wedges and place them on top, lightly sprinkling with salt.
Step 7
Bake at 347°F for about 40 minutes.
