Ingredients
- Potato - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water and mash them into a puree. Add some butter and 1 egg to the potato mixture.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, sauté it, and mix with 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped.
Step 3
Shape a patty from the mashed potatoes and place the filling of onions and eggs on top. Fold the patty in half and form it into a cutlet.
Step 4
Coat immediately in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil. Serve.
