Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes (5 medium tubers). Cool, mash, and add salt. Add the egg and knead well. This will be the dough.
Step 2
Chop the chicken, a small carrot, and a small onion and sauté. Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Cool.
Step 3
Form patties from the potato mixture (if it sticks to your hands, wet your hands with cold water), place the filling in the center, and shape into pies. Coat in breadcrumbs and place in a preheated skillet.
Step 4
Place the finished zrazy on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
