- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Fillet of Sturgeon - 8.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender. Then mash them into a puree with 3 tablespoons of the broth. Add the egg and butter, and mix well.
Step 2
Finely chop the herring.
Step 3
Form patties from the potato mixture. Place a teaspoon of herring in the center of each, pinch the edges, and shape them into pies with your hands.
Step 4
Then roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil for about 4 minutes on each side.
