Ingredients
- Champignons - 8.8 oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - to taste
- Potato - 5 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 3 spoons
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water with added bay leaves and black pepper.
Step 2
Mash the mixture. Add freshly chopped dill, salt, nutmeg, and flour. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil for 4–5 minutes.
Step 4
Add finely chopped mushrooms and sauté for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Step 5
From the potato mixture, shape small balls, then flatten each ball with your palm to create patties. Place the filling in the center. Pinch the edges together. Shape into zrazy.
Step 6
Coat in flour or breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
