Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the potato mixture. To do this, boil the peeled potatoes, drain them, and mash them while they are still hot.

Then cool to 40-120°F, add the egg, and mix well.
Step 3
For the filling, cut the onion into strips, sauté it, and combine it with chopped eggs, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Shape the potato mixture into a patty, place the filling in the center, fold the edges over, and coat in breadcrumbs, forming a brick shape with rounded edges.
Step 5
Place the prepared semi-finished product on a preheated baking sheet with fat, sauté on both sides, and finish cooking in the oven.
Step 6
When serving the meat patties, place them on a plate or individual serving dish and drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Serve sour cream or sauces (tomato, sour cream, or mushroom) on the side or pour over the dish. Serve two pieces per portion.
