Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 12 pieces
  • 10% cream - 10.6 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 2.6 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Rock Salt - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut them in half crosswise.

Step 2

Spread salt on a baking sheet, place the potatoes cut side down on the salt.

Step 3

Put in the oven (392°F) for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and crush the garlic, then mix everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Place the potatoes on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
