Ingredients
- New Potatoes - 31.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ g
- Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and nutmeg. Stir well. Remove from heat and place in the oven.
Step 3
Bake the potatoes uncovered for 30 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the vinegar and mix well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for another 6 minutes, uncovered. Serve immediately.
