Description
Only after cooking did I learn that this dish is often prepared in Norway, where green olives are added to all of the above.
Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
- Broccoli - 3.5 oz
- 1% Kefir - 1 fl oz
- Herbs - 1 stalk
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes very well. Place them on a rack and send them to a preheated oven at 392°F for 1 hour.
Step 2
After about 15–20 minutes, start cooking the vegetables. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to boiling, salted water.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, remove the broccoli, and continue boiling the cauliflower until soft (10–15 minutes).
Step 4
Cut the cooked potatoes in half and carefully scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer along the edges.
Step 5
Add the cauliflower to the potatoes.
Step 6
Using a potato masher, turn the potatoes and cauliflower into a puree.
Step 7
Add warm (heated) milk and continue mashing.
Step 8
Then, add grated cheese (50 g) and salt to taste, mixing everything thoroughly.
Step 9
Fill the potato halves, placing broccoli on top of each and sprinkling with grated cheese.
Step 10
Send to the oven (preheated to 392°F) and bake for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the potatoes with vegetables are heated through.
