Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Beer - 8 fl oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Pork tenderloin - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the raw potatoes, peel them, and cut them into cubes about 1 cm in size.
Step 2
Mix equal parts of beer and cold boiled water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain the potatoes in a colander and pour the broth into a bowl.
Step 3
Cut the lean pork loin into small pieces and sauté. Add the flour while stirring, sauté, then gradually pour in the potato broth while stirring until a homogeneous, thick but not too dense sauce forms. Season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and cinnamon.
Step 4
Add the potatoes to the sauce and let sit for 5 minutes. It should be served with cold boiled meat.
