  • Cervelat Sausage - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut them in half.

Step 2

Carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon, mash, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add butter, grated hard cheese, diced sausage, sour cream, salt, ground black pepper, and a raw egg to the potatoes.

Step 4

Mix everything together, stuff the potato halves with this mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
