- Salad Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 2.1 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil them until half-cooked, peel them, cut in half, and scoop out the insides, leaving walls 1 cm thick. Cut off the bottom so the potatoes can stand on the baking sheet.
Step 2
Prepare the filling from the white bread soaked in milk and squeezed, cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and chopped dill. Fill the potato halves with the filling, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and place on the baking sheet, adding butter.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven, previously drizzled with oil, and bake until golden brown. Serve drizzled with sour cream or with sour cream sauce.
