- Potato - 6 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - ½ bunches
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Herbes de Provence - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes into rounds.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in a bowl, season with salt, add the herbs, and mix everything together with your hands.
Step 3
Add 2 eggs to the bowl with the potatoes and mix again.
Step 4
Line the bottom of the baking dish with pieces of butter.
Step 5
Layer the ingredients: potatoes, finely chopped green onions, potatoes again, and then the onions once more. Top with grated cheese.
