Description
Everything we are so accustomed to: meat, potatoes, onions, and carrots. It's best to bake these ingredients in a roasting pouch, as this will make the dish juicier and infused with the aromas of all the components.
Ingredients
- Pork Neck - 28.2 oz
- Potato - 28.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes, each about 3 cm on each side.
Step 2
Slice the onion into julienne strips. Remove the seeds from the pepper and slice it into julienne strips as well.
Step 3
Slice the carrot into half-moons and mince the garlic.
Step 4
Mix the meat with the prepared vegetables, season with salt, and add spices.
Step 5
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes the same size as the meat.
Step 6
Place the potatoes in a roasting bag.
Step 7
Place the meat with vegetables on top of the potatoes. Tie the bag and put it in the oven preheated to 392°F for 1 hour.
Step 8
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs and serve.
